Sponsor
The giveaway is sponsored by Schultheis Agency, Inc., 1910 St. Joe Center Rd., Suite 11, Fort Wayne, IN 46825 (“Sponsor”). This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by the Fort Wayne Home & Garden Show or its organizers.
Eligibility
The giveaway is open to people who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor, its affiliates, partners, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings, and household members) are not eligible to win. Void where prohibited by law.
How to Enter

Limit one (1) entry per person regardless of method of entry. No purchase, payment, or insurance quote is required to enter or win. Completing an insurance review or requesting additional information does not increase your chances of winning.
Prize
One (1) winner will receive a 55” QLED Ultra HD Television (or comparable model at Sponsor’s discretion).
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $500–$600.
Prize is non‑transferable and no cash substitution is permitted. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable.
Winner Selection & Odds
The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
Winner Notification
The winner will be notified via phone and/or email using the contact information provided at entry. If the selected winner cannot be contacted within five (5) days, is found to be ineligible, or declines the prize, an alternate winner may be selected.
Prize Delivery
The prize must be claimed in person at Sponsor’s office or another mutually agreed‑upon location within the Fort Wayne area. Winner may be required to present a valid photo ID and sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release prior to receiving the prize.
Taxes
The winner is solely responsible for any and all federal, state, and local taxes associated with the prize. If required by law, the winner may receive an IRS Form 1099.
Publicity
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow Sponsor to use their name, city of residence, photograph, and/or likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
Limitation of Liability
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, or misdirected entries, or for technical failures of any kind. By entering, participants release Sponsor from any and all liability related to participation in the giveaway or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize.
Privacy
Information collected from entrants will be used solely for administering this giveaway and in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy practices. Information will not be sold to third parties.
General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the promotion. All decisions of Sponsor are final.
Governing Law
This giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Indiana.
