After receiving a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Indiana University in 1988, Susan started working at the family business, Schultheis Agency, Inc. She then went on to receive a master of business administration in 2011.

Susan enjoys researching insurance policy contracts and developing tailored insurance products to protect the customer against critical risk exposures. Outside of the office, she enjoys biking and knitting.
